About The Forum

On October 22–23, 2026, the “V Global and National Economic Trends: Uzbekistan – 2030” forum will be held at the Tashkent State University of Economics. The forum will include scientific-practical conferences, master classes, and various exhibitions, aiming to create a platform for international and national experts to exchange scientific and practical experiences in the socio-economic sphere. 

The following conferences will be organized within the framework of the forum.

  • The materials of the conferences held within the framework of the forum will be published in Scopus-indexed databases (http://strategy2026.tsue.uz/) and in journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC).2

I. The article must be in the IMRAD structure and include the following:
1. Abstract
2. Keywords
3. Main part
– Introduction
– Methodology
– Results
– Analysis
– Conclusion and suggestions
4. References

II. Articles must be edited and comply with all technical requirements for formalization, including:
In Microsoft Word 2016 or later editor, Times New Roman 14 font, A4 format, top, bottom, left and right margins of 2 cm, spacing – 1.15 cm, spacing at the beginning of the paragraph – 1 cm, width formatting. All tables, drawings and illustrations must be written in Microsoft Word, graphs and diagrams in MS Excel editor and Times New Roman font, formulas in MS Equation editor. Scientific articles must be at least 8 pages long and prepared in one of the Uzbek, Russian or English languages.

III. Scientific articles for participation in conferences
are accepted until August 15, 2026 through the website http://strategy2026.tsue.uz/.

IV. Submitted scientific articles are subject to examination for compliance with the above requirements, materials that have not passed the plagiarism check (at least 80 percent) and the conclusion of experts will not be published and will not be returned to the author. Articles in English that have passed external review and the content meets the requirements of the conference are recommended for publication in the Scopus international scientific and technical database. In addition, articles in Uzbek and Russian will be included in the conference collection and posted on the official website of the university.

V. Articles prepared in Uzbek and Russian will be published in special issues of the university’s scientific electronic journals “Labor Economics and Human Capital”, “Digital Economics and Information Technologies” and “Finance”, recognized by the OAK.
